National Center for Public Sector Innovation

NCPSI Innovation Briefings are short-term trainings designed to connect with creative "apprentices" in search of a better way.  Innovation Briefings are one-day, approximately six (6) hour seminar style training sessions on one specific innovation topic.  Two (2) Innovation Briefings are currently available and are detailed below.  Other example-based Innovation Briefings under development include:

• Creative Board Building
• Using Money Differently
• Finding A Waiver
• Everybody Can Help (Inclusion)
• Don’t Be Afraid To Ask

Each Briefing will be facilitated by a lead instructor and an example-based co-trainer.   The lead instructor is an experienced seminar presenter with exposure to registered NCPSI public sector innovations.  The example-based co-trainer will be an individual who has successfully registered a public sector innovation with the NCPSI and wishes to contribute their experience and expertise to the system as an assistant Briefings trainer.
